It’s October!! Whether you celebrate Samhain, Octoberfest or Halloween (or one of the many other options available that I don’t even know about) there is something to love about this season and it’s one of my favorite times of the year.
I know everyone gets all mushy and emotional around Christmas but truthfully it’s flipping cold with all that snow on the ground and after I found out Santa Claus was based on Krampus, a spirit who flipping eats naughty children, I’ve never seen Christmas the same way. (Yeah, I was that kid in school that destroyed people’s dreams in childhood.)
This month I’m embracing all things spooky. Well not all things, because I’m not including our fun, freaky and sometimes scary monster aliens. (sniff sniff) But I have to draw the line somewhere, and while some alien monster romance feature some truly scary beings they’re not included! I will be reviewing all the ghosts, witches, vampires, werewolves, and other things that go bump in the night. So stay tuned and let me know what you think about my monster choices.
